ABOUT

Form Physio and Fitness
Form Physio and Fitness (formerly Allan Christensen Physiotherapy) has delivered high quality physiotherapy to the people of Cairns since 2011.

Allan’s commitment to professional development shapes the whole-body approach that Form provides. His patients have diverse physiotherapy needs ranging from trauma to chronic pain to low fitness levels. This requires specialised knowledge and a range of proven approaches. Your complete physiotherapy treatment package is tailored to your needs and focused on treating the underlying causes of pain and dysfunction to remove symptoms.

At Form your body is helped to heal. That is why our approach begins with a thorough assessment, including postural analysis, myofascial trigger points, nerve and joint problems, movement patterns and even emotional factors. Once the areas of dysfunction have been identified, treatment is directed at correcting both underlying and symptomatic issues impacting your quality of life. This targeted approach to treatment is complemented with personalised maintenance and fitness programs to ensure your longterm wellbeing.
